About Us

Who We Serve

5G-Telecom

The Impressive performance of 5G devices is associated with significant thermal challenges resulting from Integration complexities and high heat flux devices like Power amplifiers. An efficient thermal cooling design is essential to manage the generated heat, which may limit RF performance and ultimately lead to reliability issues. The structural integrity of the device shall be as per the telecom equipment Industry standards (ETSI EN 300 019-2-2) to ensure its durability during and after exposure to intense conditions. The manufacturer must validate the product for Random vibration, Sine Sweep, Shock, Seismic, Acceleration & Wind load requirements.
Our Institutional knowledge of thermal and structural solutions for electronic devices is the chief factor that makes us distinctively different in the industry. Our founders bring over 20 years of experience with global Semiconductor and technology companies like Lam Research Corporation, Applied Materials, and ISRO Satellite design center. Our deep domain knowledge and expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software tools have enabled us to efficiently address thermal and structural issues associated with 5G and telecom devices and add value to our customers business.

Semiconductor

Miniaturization and ongoing performance enhancements increase power consumption and heat generation within the electronic system. The high heat generation has adverse effects on the reliability and performance of the electronic system, creating the essential need for thermal management in all electronics products. Our Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis capabilities to analyze heat transfer phenomena from conventional air and liquid cooling methods to advanced cooling technologies such as thermal vapor chambers, cold plates, jet impingement mechanisms, Nanofluids, phase change materials have enabled us to identify high-temperature locations and recommend most appropriate design modifications to increase the cooling efficiency.
Our Finite Element Analysis (FEA) analysis services covering Static analysis, Modal analysis, Vibration, Sine sweep and Random vibration analysis, Shock analysis, Acceleration analysis, and Crash analysis have enabled our customers to assess the functionality and durability of a product during and after its exposure to intense conditions, as specified by Industry standards.

Medical Devices

Technological advancements, regulatory compliance, higher healthcare costs, and slow and expensive R&D activities have compelled medical device companies to rely on competent engineering partners with unique capabilities. Our precise and meticulously crafted engineering analysis results have enabled our customers to explore multiple design options that can be considered in the early stages of the product development cycle, besides eliminating inconsistent and underperforming designs, critical failures, and safety issues, thereby accelerating product development time.
Our decades of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, Thermal analysis, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) leveraged with sound knowledge of governing physics has enabled us to be an integral part of several success stories.

Energy and Infrastructure

Our transformative engineering solutions employing niche digital engineering technologies like Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, Structural (FEM) analysis, and Computer-aided design have enabled global EPC contracting companies to make conscious engineering decisions to achieve sustainability, operational excellence, optimal utilization of resources, and to comply with safety standards.
Our engineering expertise and customer-centric work culture have enabled us to successfully execute projects belonging to global companies, including SABIC, Saudi Aramco, Saudi Royal Commission, Saudi Kayan, and Saudi Binladin group in collaboration with leading EPC contractors.

HVAC systems

Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis allows the HVAC designer to completely visualize the fluid velocity, density, temperature, turbulence, pressure field, the chemical concentration of pollutants, and smoke in the planning stage itself. Precise CFD analysis results enable the HVAC contractors to identify crucial problems, explore multiple design options, and make conscious engineering decisions to achieve sustainability, operational excellence, optimal utilization of resources, and to comply with safety standards.

Aerospace and Defence

Our Engineering services for the Aerospace and Defence Industry are mainly for Thermo vacuum systems, ground facilities, and mission-critical electronic systems. Most of the projects we worked on are a part of the Government of India Initiatives towards self Reliance and Indigenisation. We collaborated with Major Defence contractors in India and enabled them to design engineering systems that qualify for the stringent technical and safety norms specified by defense standard codes.
Our expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) have delivered immense value addition to complex defense ground facilities and mission-critical defense electronics.

Our Achievements

CFD analysis of Multi Band Remote Radio Unit (RU)

The advent of 5G technology has brought about unprecedented advancements in wireless communications, enabling faster speeds, lower latency, and increased capacity. These advancements are associated with higher power consumption and increased heat generation in the 5G Remote Radio units.Increasing data rates and network densification require radio units to process larger volumes of data, leading to higher power consumption and heat generation. Environmental factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, and exposure to direct sunlight also impact the thermal aspects of the radio units. Read More
