Mr. Rudresh Ganganna
M.Tech (Thermal)
Rudresh Ganganna founded NCES in 2017 with a vision to enrich the product engineering experience of the MSME Sector in India. NCES is the first company in India that has delivered engineering simulation services for many Defence projects executed by Indian EPC contractors. Rudresh carries 20 years of rich experience in Computer Aided Engineering simulations. Before 2017 he worked with the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Larsen&Toubro, and the Indian Institute of Science. Rudresh is a Postgraduate in Thermal Engineering from Bangalore University.
Mrs. Kamala Nagaraja
B.E.(Mech Engg), MBA(HR)
Mrs.Kamala Nagaraja joined NCES in the year 2021. Kamala Nagaraja carries 20 years of solid experience in product development R&D in the Semiconductor Industry. Before 2021 she worked with Lam Research Corporation for over a decade as Sr. Manager (Global Product Engineering team), Wipro Engineering Services, and Tyco Electronics. Kamala Nagaraja is a graduate of Industrial Engineering from MS Ramaiah University and a Postgraduate in Management from Symbiosis University.
